Biography

Vrinda is a Clinical Psychology graduate with a deep passion for mental health, emotional well-being, and empowering individuals through compassionate care. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

With a strong foundation in psychological research and evidence-based practice, Vrinda combines empathy with scientific understanding to support individuals across different stages of life. Her areas of interest include child and adolescent mental health, stress management, mindfulness-based interventions, emotional well-being, and mental health advocacy. She believes in the importance of continuous learning, self-awareness, and holistic well-being, and works collaboratively while respecting every individual's unique experiences and journey.

Her academic work reflects a keen interest in advancing mental health research. She conducted her dissertation on childhood trauma, body image, and emotional processes among female emerging adults, presented her research at the International Conference on Contemporary Psychotherapeutics: Innovations in Practice and Research in Kerala, and has contributed to scholarly publications, including the Indian Journal of Psychiatry (under review), the International Journal of Social Science and Research (IJSSR), and the International Journal of Indian Psychology (IJIP). She has also been recognized with academic distinction and a university rank for her outstanding academic performance.
